Kansas Senior Centers
The association's goal is to facilitate the professional development of its members by providing opportunities for education, training, the exchange of information, and the leadership in developing policies for Multi-Purpose Senior Service Center operations.
Major Objectives:
- To create a statewide network of Senior Center Directors.
- To advocate a full range of services at Multi-Purpose Senior Service Centers.
- To organize, coordinate and conduct conferences, workshops, seminars and training events for Multi-Purpose Senior Centers.
- To disseminate management and technical information about the development and operation of Multi-Purpose Senior Centers.
- To recruit, enlist and organize new members in the Association for the achievement of these objectives.
