There are two Long Term Care Reports, the Annual and Semi-Annual. The Long Term Care Semi-Annual Report gathers information on long term care facility residents and employees in accordance with KAR 28-39-163(d). The Long Term Care Annual Report gathers information on long term care facility residents.
The filing of these two reports are done within a On-Line Web Application. Should a facility not have internet access available, only then are paper reports allowed to be submitted by mail.
