License Revoked of Whispering Timbers in Solomon, KS

Topeka—The license of Whispering Timbers in Solomon, Kansas was revoked following a hearing on June 8, 2011. The revocation is due to violations of state laws and regulations cited by agency surveyors.

Whispering Timbers is responsible for helping families place residents in other care settings and the Department has offered to assist with the placement process. The facility does have the right to appeal the revocation.   

The Kansas Department on Aging promotes the security, dignity and independence of Kansas seniors.
