The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has imposed a $6,000 civil monetary penalty on ICT ALF LLC, doing business as Park West Plaza, 505 N. Maize Road, Wichita.
The fine resulted from violations which significantly and adversely affected the health, safety, nutrition or sanitation of the adult care residents of the facility. The violations were identified in a survey conducted July 23-25, 2007.
The facility has the right to appeal the fine.
