Golden Livingcenter fined $7,000
The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has been notified that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has imposed a $7,000 civil monetary penalty on Golden Livingcenter – El Dorado, 900 Country Club Lane, El Dorado.
The fine resulted from violations which significantly and adversely affected the health, safety, nutrition or sanitation of the adult care residents of the facility. The violations were identified in a survey on May 10, 2007.
