Very attractive facility; resident rooms and neighborhoods decorated nicely with carpeting and updated sconces and lighting
Nurses’ station removed to create resident living center
Hallways made more appealing with new carpet, lights, and sitting areas at the end of each hall

Community Involvement:
Large volunteer pool from church affiliation
Activities based on weekly and monthly themes have brought in more family volunteers
Facility known for its apple dumplings, which it sells during fundraiser each year
Presbyterian Manor’s Apple-a-Day preschool has provided intergenerational activities for children and residents, including reading, help with crafts, and much needed hugs
