The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has imposed a civil monetary penalty of $2,750 on Solomon Holdings I-The Traingle, L.L.C., doing business as Brighton Gardens of Prairie Village, 7105 Mission Rd., Prairie Village.
KDOA staff inspected the adult care home on July 12, 2006, and determined that the facility had violated rules and regulations established under the adult care home licensure act and that those violations resulted in, caused or posed serious physical harm to residents in the facility.
The facility has the right to appeal the assessment.
