The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has issued an order prohibiting All Seasons Home Plus, 8301 Maple, Wichita, from making any new admissions.
KDOA staff inspected the adult care home on January 4-10 and 12, 2006, and determined that the facility had deficiencies that significantly and adversely impacted residents’ health, safety, nutrition or sanitation at the facility.
This order prohibits the facility from accepting
new residents until the deficiencies are corrected.
Once KDOA staff determines that the deficiencies
are corrected, KDOA will lift the prohibition.
