The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has imposed a civil monetary penalty of $3,325 on Homestead of Olathe, LLC, doing business as The Homestead of Olathe South, 751 Somerset Terrace, Olathe.
KDOA staff inspected the adult care home on December 12, 13 and 14, 2005, and determined that the facility had deficiencies that significantly and adversely impacted residents’ health, safety, nutrition or sanitation at the facility.
Homestead of Olathe has the right to appeal the assessment.
