The Kansas Department on Aging (KDOA) has lifted an order that prohibited new admissions to Kelly House I, 2111 S.W. Randolph Ave., Topeka. Effective June 22, 2005, the adult care home was no longer prohibited from accepting new admissions. The ban was imposed following a survey of the facility in May 18 and 19, 2005.
